About The Event

SUM IT UP returns to St Raphael Resort & Marina in Limassol on 12–13 November 2026. Founded by Farah Shammas, the summit brings together speakers and participants to explore health, happiness and balance through talks, conversations, workshops and networking.

The published programme includes Karen Millen, Tessy de Nassau and Nicole Buffett, alongside voices from wellbeing, business and personal development. Registration begins at 08:00 each day and the daytime programme ends at 17:00. A separate gala dinner is offered on Friday evening; check the ticket options before booking.
